Julia Garrett 
Julia was born in 1862.1 Julia's father was Joshua English Garrett and her mother was UNKNOWN Clara. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and Mary* Ann Clackler. She had a brother and a sister, named Robert J., Sr. and Mary. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Wilkinson, William Thomas, Joseph Jackson and Lucia Moore.-
