Lucia Moore was born on September 16th, 1857 in Elba, Coffee County, Alabama.1 Lucia Moore's father was Joshua English Garrett and her mother was Temperance Wilkinson. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Sr. Garrett and Mary* Ann Clackler; her maternal grandparents were Asa Wilkinson and Rebecca Fleming. She had three brothers named John Wilkinson, William Thomas and Joseph Jackson. She was the youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Robert J., Sr., Mary and Julia. She died at the age of 77 on January 12th, 1935 in Niceville, Okaloosa County, Florida.1 -
