Silas G Douglas 
Silas G was born on January 26th, 1851 in Cumberland County, North Carolina.1 Silas G's father was Silas William Douglas and his mother was Mason Emeline Trulove. His paternal grandparents were Silas Douglas and Mary Harrington; his maternal grandparents were Timothy Trulove and UNKNOWN Mary. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Abel Timothy, John William, James Frank, Thomas Rabon, Archibald Bryant, Joseph Henry, Mary A S, Sarah C, Emley T and Emeline E. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 79 in 1930.1 -
