Joseph William Douglas 
Joseph William was born on March 26th, 1914.1 Joseph William's father was Joseph Henry Douglas and his mother was Hattie Lee Terry. His paternal grandparents were Silas William Douglas and Mason Emeline Trulove; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Walker Terry and Martha Jane McGowin. He had two brothers named James Mason and John Henry. He was the second oldest of the three children.-
