Sophia Cooper

Sophia was born about 1806.¹ Sophia's father was Meshach Cooper and her mother was Elizabeth Ludwick. Her paternal grandparents were James- Cooper and Elizabeth Wager. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James, Levi, Alpheus H., Cyrus, Susannah and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the seven children.
