James Cooper

James was born about 1808.¹ James' father was Meshach Cooper and his mother was Elizabeth Ludwick. His paternal grandparents were James- Cooper and Elizabeth Wager. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Levi, Alpheus H., Cyrus, Sophia, Susannah and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
