Caroline Martha Fenimore was born on June 26th, 1815 in Cooperstown, New York.1 Caroline Martha Fenimore's father was James- Fenimore, Author Cooper and her mother was Susan Augusta Delancey. Her paternal grandparents were William-, Judge Cooper and Elizabeth Fenimore. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Fenimore, Paul Fenimore, Lawyer, Elizabeth, Susan Augusta Fenimore, Author, Anne Charlotte and Maria Frances Fenimore. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 76 on January 13th, 1892 in Cooperstown, New York. She was buried in Lakewood Cemetery, Cooperstown, New York.1 1 -
