John Broadus Castellow 
John Broadus was born on January 25th, 1862 in Quitman Co., GA.1 John Broadus' father was John Bryant, Jr. Castellow and his mother was Amanda Aline Dismukes. His paternal grandparents were John Bryant Castellow and Amy Hill McClendon; his maternal grandparents were John Dismukes and Mary Wilson. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William Franklin, Stephen Thomas, Benjamin Jordan, Robert Fleming, Isham Lee, Mary E., Elizabeth Rebecca, Cordelia, Susanah and Anna Vera. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 29 on February 28th, 1891 in Early Co., GA. He was buried in Blakely City Cemetery, Early Co. GA.1 1 General Notes
