Vonceil Bell

Vonceil's father was Fletcher Talmadge Bell and her mother was Clara Mae Hollis. Her paternal grandparents were David Franklin Bell and Mattie Easter Avent. She had a brother and two sisters, named Erric Talmadge, Catherine and Mattie Mae.
