James Francis Flanary 
James Francis was born in 1783 in Grayson, Co., Va. James Francis' father was John Flanary and his mother was Phoebe Boggs. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Flanary and Elizabeth "Lizah" UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were John Boggs and Mary Keys. He was an only child. He died at the age of 63 in 1846 in Platte Co., Missouri.-
