Isabella was born on October 9th, 1200 in Pembroke Castle, Wales.  Isabella's father was Sir William Marshal Earl of Pembroke and her mother was Isabel de Clare Cts de Strigoil. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William Marshal II, Gilbert Marshal, Richard Marshal, Walter Marshal, Anselm Marshal, Margaret, Maud, Johanna (Joan), Sibilla and Eva.  She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.  She died in Berkhamsted Castle, Hertfordshire, England.


Isabella's first family with Gilbert de Clare Earl of Gloucester & Hertford

‌Isabella and Gilbert de Clare were married in a religious ceremony on October 9th, 1217 in Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucester.  They had three sons and three daughters, named Richard de Clare, William, Gilbert, Amicia, Isabel and Agnes.


Isabella's second family with Richard of Cornwall Earl of Cornwall

‌Isabella and Richard of Cornwall were married in a religious ceremony in Fawley Church, Buckinghamshire.  They had four sons and a daughter, named Henry, Richard, Nicholas, John and Isabella.
