Henry II "Plantagenet" was born in Le Mans, Maine, France.  Henry II "Plantagenet"'s father was Count Of Anjou Geoffrey IV Plantagenet Count Of Anjou/Le Bon and his mother was Empress Matilda "The Empress" Princess Of England Empress.  His paternal grandparents were [King Jerusalem] Foulques V Fulk V Count Of [King Jerusalem]/Anjou and [Countess Of Anj Ermangarde (Ermentrude) De Ermengarde Du [Countess Of Anj/Maine; his maternal grandparents were King Henry I "Beauclerc" England King and [Princess] Matilda Princess Of Matilda Of [Princess]/Scotland. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Geoffrey VI "Mantell", Guillaume, Agnes and Emme D'. He had a half-brother named Hamelin.  He died on July 6th, 1189 in Chinon Near Tours, Indre-Et-Loire, France.  He was buried on July 8th, 1189 in Fontevraud Abbey, France.
