Paul Alexander was born on August 18th, 1926 in Marshfield, Webster Co., Missouri. Paul Alexander's father was Lewis Edward Shields and his mother was Anna Elizabeth Krause. His paternal grandparents were James Alexander Shields and Julia Frances Buck. He had a brother and five sisters, named Burgess, Hallie, Living, Cleata, Jewell and Joanne. He died at the age of 49 on January 26th, 1976 in Singapore.-
