William 'Bill' Owens

William 'Bill' was born in Avoca, Lawrence Co., Indiana.  William 'Bill''s father was Lilburn Owens and his mother was Mary 'Pop' Duncan.  His paternal grandparents were John Owens and Anna Mason. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Alvin, John, Jeanette 'Nettie' and Ada. He had five half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Marshall, Ollie, Howard, Lowery, Lovey, Juliet, Catherine, Lavina, Mary Belle, Charlotte, Eliza, Lizzie and Mary Jane.

‌William 'Bill' and Lottie May were married in a religious ceremony on July 14th, 1907 in Lawrence Co., Indiana.  They had a son named Harold Ryan.
