Francis Meadows

Francis was born about 1776.  Francis' father was Frances Meadows and his mother was Elizabeth Jennings Mangum.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and Ann Bourne. He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, Lewis, Israel, Arris Preston, James, Jeremiah, Matthew, Elijah, William, John, Susanna and Mary.  He was the youngest of the thirteen children.
