Frances Meadows 
Frances was born about 1730 in Scotland. Frances' father was Thomas Meadows and his mother was Ann Bourne. He was an only child. He died in 1820 in Monroe, Amherst Co, Virginia.
Frances and Elizabeth Jennings were married in a religious ceremony about 1750 in Virginia. They had eleven sons and two daughters, named Jacob, Lewis, Israel, Arris Preston, James, Jeremiah, Matthew, Elijah, William, John, Francis, Susanna and Mary.

Israel was born on September 23rd, 1755. He died at the age of 72 on September 30th, 1827 in Estill Co, Kentucky.
