William E. Combs 
William E. was born on January 24th, 1844. William E.'s father was Jeremiah Combs and his mother was Martha Zike. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Zike and Sarah Goforth. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John C. Brack, James Marion, Granville, Belle, Hester Ann, Emily Jane and Sallie. He died at the age of 70 on February 14th, 1914. He was buried in Nicholsville Cemetery, Nicholsville, Jessamine Co., Kentucky.-
