John Epperson 
John was born in 1783. John's father was Thompson "Thomas" Epperson and his mother was Mary Israel. His paternal grandparents were David Epperson and Hannah Thompson; his maternal grandparents were Michael Israel and Sarah Graves. He was an only child. He died at the age of 79 in 1862.General Notes
