James Wiley Robbins 
James Wiley was born about 1831 in Georgia. James Wiley's father was Algernon Sidney Robbins and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Turner. His paternal grandparents were Pliny Robbins and Isabella R Paxton; his maternal grandfather was James Turner. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Algernon Sidney, Joseph Pliny, John Wesley, Robert P, Elizabeth Ann, Isabel, Cynthia E, Sophia S, Lousia C and Drucilla C. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died before 1889 in Atlanta,Georgia.
