Eldridge Nichols

Eldridge was born on March 20th, 1774 in East Greenwich,Kent Co.,RI. Eldridge's father was John Nichols and his mother was Rachel Day. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Nichols and Sarah Gardiner. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Oliver, Browning, Thomas, John, Ezara, Silas, Infant Alexander, Anna, Mercy and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 40 on April 23rd, 1814 in East Greenwich,Kent Co.,RI.
