James Butler 
James was born on October 10th, 1610. James' father was Thomas Butler and his mother was Elizabeth Poyntz. His paternal grandparents were Walter Butler and Helena UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were John Poyntz and Elizabeth Sydenham. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Richard of Kilcash, Mary of Thurles, Eleanor, Elizabeth of Ormond and Ellen. He was the third oldest of the seven children.General Notes
