Alexander Evans was born on January 26th, 1823.  Alexander Evans' father was Ninian Beall and his mother was Rachel H Grove.  His paternal grandparents were Ninian Beall and Ann Sissell. He had four brothers and five sisters, named George Washington, Thomas Birch, Horatio Horace, Andrew Jackson, Ann Elizabeth, Harriett, Mary Ann, Eliza Jane and Maria Susan.  He was the third youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 87 on October 4th, 1910.
