Rhoda Douglas Wexler 
Rhoda Douglas was born in 1856 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Rhoda Douglas' father was Daniel Bacon Wexler and her mother was Elizabeth Gallien Duncan. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Wexler and Polly Brown; her maternal grandfather was Alfred Duncan. She had five brothers and a sister, named John Melanethon, Alfred Duncan, Edwin Benjamin, Samuel Lafayette, David Fleming and Mary Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 79 in 1935.-
