James Wax

James was born in 1857 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. James' father was Henry Geschwind Wax and his mother was Martha Mary Miller. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Wax and Susan Elizabeth Galbraith. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Samuel W., John W., Ella and Nancy. He was the youngest of the six children.
