Ella Wax

Ella was born in 1848 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Ella's father was Henry Geschwind Wax and her mother was Martha Mary Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Wax and Susan Elizabeth Galbraith. She had four brothers and a sister, named William, Samuel W., John W., James and Nancy. She was the second oldest of the six children.
