Harvey Richard Shipley 
Harvey Richard was born in 1867 in Tennessee. Harvey Richard's father was William Milburn Shipley and his mother was Elizabeth Kinnaird. His paternal grandparents were Eli Wilson Shipley and Mahala Ann Felts; his maternal grandparents were Moses Kinnaird and Mary. He had three brothers named Gaines Whittley, John Samuel and Zebedee Lafayette. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 67 in 1934.-
