Henry Ewalt Shawhan 
Henry Ewalt was born on November 20th, 1805 in Near Cynthiana, Harrison, Kentucky. Henry Ewalt's father was Joseph Shawhan and his mother was Sarah Ewalt. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Shawhan and Margaret Bell; his maternal grandparents were Henry Ewalt and Elizabeth Frye. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Daniel, William, Sarah Elizabeth, Margaret and Rebecca. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 76 on March 4th, 1882.-
