Robert Cornelius Rutledge 
Robert Cornelius was born in 1879 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Robert Cornelius' father was Robert J. Rutledge and his mother was Catherine Fansler. His paternal grandparents were Emanuel Rutledge and Sarah Kate Wilson; his maternal grandparents were David Fansler and Mary Shipley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named B. L., E. B., Edward Lea, R. B., N. E., M. C. and Sarah Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 31 in 1910.-
