Clinton Parvin 
Clinton was born about 1855 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Clinton's father was Augustus Parvin and his mother was Matilda Woods. His paternal grandparents were Ephraim Parvin and Maria Carden. He had five brothers and a sister, named George Washington, John, Hugh Henry, Robert Lee, Charles and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
