Charles Parvin 
Charles was born in 1869 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Charles' father was Augustus Parvin and his mother was Matilda Woods. His paternal grandparents were Ephraim Parvin and Maria Carden. He had five brothers and a sister, named George Washington, John, Hugh Henry, Clinton, Robert Lee and Mary. He was the youngest of the seven children.
