Mary Jane Mayo 
Mary Jane was born in 1846 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Mary Jane's father was Andrew Mayo and her mother was Margaret Ann. Her paternal grandparents were Reuben Mayo and Jane. She had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, James B., Reuben, William and Annis. She was the second oldest of the six children.
