Bartholomew Lawson 
Bartholomew was born in 1717 in Lunenburg, Virginia. Bartholomew's father was William Lawson and his mother was Isabel Kenney. His maternal grandfather was John Kenney. He had three brothers named John, Jonas and William. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 48 in 1765 in Cumberland County, North Carolina.General Notes
