Joshua Helton

Joshua was born in 1833 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Joshua's father was John Helton and his mother was Charity. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William, Wiley, Orvis, George, John, Jesse, Jane, Lavinia and Ann.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
