Frances Louisa Hale 
Frances Louisa was born on April 12th, 1837 in , Of Sullivan, Tennessee. Frances Louisa's father was Philip Smith Hale and her mother was Elizabeth Bachman. Her paternal grandparents were Philip Heale and Catherine Douglas. She had three brothers and nine sisters, named Nathan Bachman, Philip Smith, William Douglas, Catherine Ann, Eliza Jane, Julia Ann, Sarah Amanda, Matilda Antoinette, Mary Bachman, Adelaide, Cornelia Josephine and Martha Ellen. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 25 on March 10th, 1863.-
