Amanda Jane Goff 
Amanda Jane was born on November 18th, 1856 in Putnam Co., IN. Amanda Jane's father was Robert Oliver Goff and her mother was Elizabeth Gardiner. Her paternal grandparents were William Goff and Mary Oliver; her maternal grandparents were Philip Gardiner and Dicie. She had six brothers and four sisters, named George Washington, James H., William Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Charles A., John Fletcher, Dicie, Martha Hannah, Sheba Elizabeth and Cintilla. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 36 on April 21st, 1893.-
