Samuel Cox

Samuel was born on August 27th, 1798 in Tennessee.  Samuel's father was Edward Cox and his mother was Sarah Meredith.  His paternal grandfather was John Cox. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Meredith, Joshua, Jacob, Abraham, John, Elizabeth, Jane and Catherine.  He was the third youngest of the ten children.  He died before 1860.
