James B. Cox 
James B. was born in 1884 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. James B.'s father was James Hiram Cox and his mother was Mary W. Rutledge. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Cox and Barbara Hammond; his maternal grandparents were Emanuel Rutledge and Sarah Kate Wilson. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William Samuel, Emanuel, John Robert, Thomas Elbert, Charles Richard, Sarah Elizabeth, Laura C. and Mary Lillie. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 29 in 1913.-
