Thomas Cope 
Thomas was born in 1850 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Thomas' father was John W. Cope and his mother was Nancy Or Cora Frost. His maternal grandfather was William Frost. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George, Robert R., Charles D., Manila, Mary E., Sela Jane and Jane. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
