William Cato 
William was born in 1859 in Tennessee. William's father was John Cato and his mother was Parthenia Jane. His paternal grandparents were Roland Cato and Nancy Vincent. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Tennessee, John J., Amanda Jane, Martha, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Nancy and Pessa. He was the youngest of the nine children.-
