Amanda Jane Cato 
Amanda Jane was born in 1839 in Tennessee. Amanda Jane's father was John Cato and her mother was Parthenia Jane. Her paternal grandparents were Roland Cato and Nancy Vincent. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Tennessee, John J., William, Martha, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Nancy and Pessa. She was the oldest of the nine children.-
