Anna Brantley 
Anna was born about 1758 in Halifax, NC. Anna's father was Edward Brantley and her mother was Martha Pitman. Her paternal grandparents were James Brantley and Ruth; her maternal grandfather was Pitman. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Lewis, William, Edward, Robert, Benjamin, James, Mary and Martha Or Patty. She was the youngest of the nine children.
