William Boykin 
William's father was Wi1liam Boykin and his mother was Margaret Vicars. His paternal grandparents were Edward Boykin and Ann Gwaltney; his maternal grandfather was Ralph Vicars. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Simon, Thomas and Martha. He died in 1789 in Southampton Co., VA.-
