Charles Valentine Barr 
Charles Valentine was born in 1865 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Charles Valentine's father was George B. Barr and his mother was Katherine Lucinda Seneker. His paternal grandparents were George Barr and Elizabeth Hawk; his maternal grandparents were John Seneker and Frances Acree. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John Seneker, George Robert, William A., Sarah Frances, Elizabeth and Mary Alice. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 72 in 1937.-
