Isaac was born in 1756 in Prince William Co.,VA. Isaac's father was John BLAND and his mother was Margaret OSBORNE. His paternal grandparents were William * BLAND and Catherine (KEY) KAY. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Osborne, Samuel *, John , Elijah, Daniel , William , Mildred, Prudence, Frances and Mary (Molly) . He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died after March 8th, 1820 in Port Gibson, Claiborne Co., MS.General Notes
