Patience Province 
Patience was born in 1795 in Masontown, Fayette, PA.1 Patience's father was Joseph Yard Province and her mother was Elizabeth Casto. Her paternal grandparents were John William Province and Sarah Yard; her maternal grandparents were David Casto and Phoebe Gandy. She had ten brothers and six sisters, named John William, Benjamin E, David, Joseph, Samuel, Thomas, Jesse, Simeon, Uriah, Elisha, Sarah, Elizabeth, Lydia, Jane, Phoebe and Mary Ann. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named B Franklin, Thearon, Joseph M, Selina, Uanna, Rachel and Agnes. She died at the age of 79 in 1874.1 -
