B Franklin was born on November 27th, 1819 in , Fayette, PA.1 B Franklin's father was Joseph Yard Province and his mother was Rachel Reed Spencer. His paternal grandparents were John William Province and Sarah Yard. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thearon, Joseph M, Selina, Uanna, Rachel and Agnes. He had twelve half-brothers and eleven half-sisters, named John William, Benjamin E, David, Joseph, Samuel, Thomas, Jesse, Simeon, Uriah, Elisha, John, Lewis, Sarah, Elizabeth, Lydia, Patience, Jane, Phoebe, Mary Ann, Cecelia, Matilda, Emily and Susan. He died at the age of 40 in 1859.1 -
