Perthenia Eveline was born on September 20th, 1845 in Lee, Lee, IA.1 Perthenia Eveline's father was David Galland and her mother was Druzilla Dragoo. Her paternal grandparents were Abel Galland and Amy Furby; her maternal grandfather was John Ephraim Dragoo. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Benjamin, William Wallace, Andrew Jackson, John Clinton, Andrew Jackson, Fanny and Amie. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 27 in 1872.1 -
