Matthew Galland

Matthew was born in 1794 in Zanesville, Muskingum, OH.¹   Matthew's father was Matthew Galland and his mother was Hannah Fenno.  His paternal grandparents were James Galland and Hannah Guilvance; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Fenno and Mary Allen. He had three brothers and a sister, named Abel, Isaac, David and Mary Polly.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 18 in 1812 in OH.¹
