Joseph A was born in 1888 in Flat Rock, Mason, WV.1 Joseph A's father was Richard Entwistle and his mother was Mary Hiscox. His maternal grandparents were John Sidney Hiscox and Ellen Connelly. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Austin, James E, Richard Vere, Nellie, Maggie, Isabel and Grace. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 51 on December 20th, 1939 in Sycamore, DeKalb, IL. He was buried in 1939 in Elmwood Cemetery, Sycamore, IL.1 1 -
