SEASE FUNERAL THIS AFTERNOON

Funeral services for George Edward Sease, 64, who died at his residence,
1103 Fifth street, yesterday morning, were to be conducted at 3 o'clock
this afternoon from the Lutheran Church of the Reformation by the Rev.
Wynne C. Golick, pastor. Interment was to be in the churchyard of Bethel
Lutheran church at White Rock.

Mr. Sease was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation and was
actively identified with the church, social and civic life of Columbia.
A large host of friends will mourn his passing.

The following were to serve as pallbearers: A.E. Eargle, R.J. Miller,
Leon Hook, A.C. Wingo, W.F. Muller, and Thomas E. Shealy.

Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Sallie Ballentine of Ballentine;
two sons, Floyd G. Sease, Atlanta, and Carlon B. Sease, Columbia; one
daughter, Mrs. C.H. Jordan, Columbia; two brotehrs, John A. Sease,
Prosperity, and E.Z. Seaes, Columbia; five sisters, Mrs. Lee Lucas,
Columbia; Mrs. J.W. Wessinger, and Mrs. J.R. Summer, both of Chapin, Mrs.
J.W. Frick, Little Mountain, and Mrs. Mary Mac Addison, Newberry.
